Fabio S. - Cascade Division Prayers

Friends,
Tonight I will share what God has done in The Dalles.
Captain Ray Morris’ testimony is below.

“I would like to share how God has worked in my life this week. With a young lady that we met about a month ago. A single mom her name is Josie she had a baby under a year old and a son that was five. She moved into her own home and she had some items that she wanted to donate to the thrift store. She called us and wondered if there was any way we could help her with a couple of small gifts for her kid’s birthdays. Their birthdays were one week apart. I told her I would see what I could do and when she came for the food box, we would do our best. Make a long story short, she showed up for a food box and we gave her toys for both of her kids and ice cream for their birthday party, she was so full of joy. She saw the sandwich board advertising the Facebook life Chapel and asked me how she could watch since she couldn’t come to the service until the stay-at-home order was lifted for churches. The beauty of all of this is we shared God’s love with a single mom who is struggling in these uncertain times. That’s the beautiful thing about the mission of the Salvation Army’s sharing the gospel and helping those who are in need. I don’t know how many times she thanked us for what we did for her, I just know that it brought much joy to my heart”

Shall we pray,

Dear Lord, you are so good and we want to adore you for who you are. You are love, faithful, righteous and merciful. Your grace is wonderful and enough for us.
We praise your name for all opportunities to minister and making a difference for many lives. Not because we are good or capable to do it, but because you live in us and your Holy Spirit inspire and lead us to love people and offer to them the real hope that we found in you. We pray that you can work in us and through us to impact lives everyday for your glory. Thank you for Captain Ray and his ministry in The Dalles. Bless you servant and provide everything that he need.
In Jesus name. Amen!

1 Thessalonians 5:11 says: Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you doing.

May God give you all peace and joy!
