"Stepped in a hole on Saturday while I was running with some traffic cones and jolted my back and hip. Dang! It is so painful today. Can't believe how much a small portion of your body can cause so much grief to the whole body. It reminds me how, as Christians, we are all connected. The pain a portion of our body experiences is felt by, and affects, the whole body. Or at least it should if we are mirroring the image of Christ with our lives and showing empathy and compassion to our fellow believers. How cool is it to belong to the family of God and to be a part of that body. I am grateful for all of you that have been a part of my life over the years. Thank you! I love you guys!"
