Silvia S. - Cascade Divisional Prayers

Good Evening family,

The word of God in Psalm 46:1-2 says:

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will

not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the see.”

Lets pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, please pour out your saving grace on our world and bring people into your kingdom as we continue to walk and ministry to your people during this new normal. We want to thank you for the ministry of The Salvation Army around our division. We are blessed and grateful for our brothers and sisters that are working on the frontlines. We pray for your guidance and protection.

Father we want to lift up the leadership of Eugene where Majors Kevin and Katina Hanson are working so hard to serve their communities. Give them the assurance of your presence and protection during this uncertain time.

We want to lift up the leadership of Grants Pass where Lt’s Joseph and Heather McBride been working so hard serving their community. Father give them the rest to continue to provide support to their community.

We pray for Gresham leadership, Captains Celestine and Shoshannah Ruwethin as they are also serving their people. We ask for a double portion of Your Holy Spirit, we pray for blessings, protection and assurance that they will continue to find the joy to do what you have called them to do.

We also lift up our furloughed employees and their families. May you be with them and provide their needs. May your peace that passes understanding, be with each one of them, as they place trust in Jesus. Thanks again for loving us. In Jesus name we pray.

Amen!
