Jennifer's Hands

Captain Jennifer E.K (Associate Divisional Youth Secretary) had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands this past Friday, January 14. The surgery was successful and Jennifer is recuperating at home for the next 3-4 days. Please keep her in your prayers as she recovers. May the Lord be with her and heal her hands!

Jimmy H and Sarah F

Pleae pray for Jimmy and Sarah (Red Shield former Worship Leaders). Jimmy is having some health problems. May the Lord touch and heal him during this time. May He strengthen Jimmy and restore him. May the Lord be with Sarah as she support Jimmy during this time. May the Lord continue to bless her at her job and continue to shine through her to her co-workers/friends. In all, may the Lord continue to use them in a mighty way to share songs of praise wherever they worship at. To God be the Glory!

1.Pray for President Obama, his Cabinet and each member of Congress that they will be wise and sensitive to the needs of Americans everywhere during this New Year..

2.Pray for our leaders, and for our military. May they be given God’s divine protection and guidance in their personal lives and in their service for America.

3.Pray for every Salvation Army Officer, Cadet, Soldier, Employee and Volunteer serving in 122 countries of the World. May we Serve to Save the lost and those who despair!

4.Pray for every Salvation Army Leader: Give Wisdom and Grace to General Shaw Clifton and Commissioner Helen Clifton, International and National Leaders, our Western Territorial leaders, Commissioners James and Carolyn Knaggs, Colonels William and Susan Harfoot, the THQ Cabinet and Staff, Divisional Leaders, ARC Officers, your Corps Officers, the Cadets and our Employees.

5.Pray for the High Council delegates that they will be given a Divine Anointing and Wisdom as they meet to elect the Eighteenth General of The Salvation Army.

6.Pray for Major Pat Wetter, admitted to the hospital with serious internal bleeding; for Major Michael Dossey’s step-dad, who has been taken off life support, and pray for his niece, whose husband, Jeff, was killed in an car accident; for Kilarta Sop, long time soldier of Guam Corps; for Commissioner Pat Swyer’s sister, Claudette, who has suffered a stroke; for Commissioner Grace Chang’s healing; pray for Phoenix Board member Tom Fannin’s wife, Marianne, undergoing biopsies. New Year - Onward!

May the Lord continue to bless and guide you as you walk in His Steps in this brand new year! May this year be a fulfilling year to continue to minister to those who are in need: physically, emotionally, mentally, and most importantly, spiritually! May the Lord use us in a powerful way to further His Kingdom and bring others into the fold (the flock of God)!
