Davia T. - Husband's travel
Prayers for Chris Tong this week. He is leaving O dark thirty to drive to Idaho. It's -20 in some of the areas he is traveling through this week. Pray for a safe , uneventful trip! Last time his company car broke down. He has a newer van this Tim with brand new studded tires so this is great for comfort and safety.. thank you all in advance ❤️❤️

Julie S. - Daughters Health
Prayers for us. Type 1 sucks! We were up hours last night battling high glucose for Katie. Her monitor beeps every 5 minutes after she reaches 250 ... and she was over 300 for a chunk of time. We had just replaced her pump, so we wondered if the insulin was bad, or maybe the replacement pump was bad… at any rate… sleep was elusive. Kept her home today to monitor her. We called the Dr who adjusted levels and she’s been good all day. 10:30 hits and we were just notified of high glucose again. Duncan is dosing her now, which we should not need to do (pump should do it all automatically). We just need some rest and for her blood sugar to level out again. Type one is manageable, but it isn’t easy or straight forward and it has forever changed our lives.
*11:20 and she is now at 325… calling the Dr in the morning, but we are still up.

I hope I'm not being selfish but I'm in need of prayer. Both of my feet are swollen with no explanation and my legs are killing me. I'm in tears and can't sleep. I have them up on two pillows. I'm hopefully going to be better in the am

Rachel R. - Dad's Surgery and Health
Please pray for my dad, Robert James. His third surgery to remove cancer is this morning. I will be picking him up after his time of observation at the hospital. Praying this will lead to remission and healing ❤️🩹

Julie S. - son Drew health
*update. They are transferring him to the Downey hospital.
Duncan is still waiting in the ER (been there for around 7 hours). They are going to admit Drew.
He uses a CPAP machine so the hospital staff are saying that he needs to be in the PICU. BUT the Kaiser in Orange County where we took him doesn’t have a PICU so they are talking about transferring him to the Kaiser closer to home in Downey. 🤦🏼♀️ if they do, that’s fine, closer to home and we didn’t have to go through the busiest ER in Southern California (literally).
