Please lift up Ann (my wife's sister) in your prayers. She is dealing with some health issues (skin problems). The Doctors have been trying to help her through medication and therapies, and they haven't been as effective as they've hoped. Please pray for the right treatment,and rest for her. May she be healed from this ailment soon. May God strengthen her during this time and bring peace and healing upon her body, mind and spirit.

"Pray for Jim. He was going to volunteer at an event for the Rotary today. He started to have chest pains and was taken by ambulance to Parkview. They ran test for over 6 hours and then admitted him. Not sure if it was his heart. I just found out about an hour ago-shocked the hospital did not call me. Jim is resting well, and is hungry-always a good sign. If it was not heart related he will get to go home tomorrow, so pray that all the test comes out negative. We also are to leave for London on Monday to see our grandkids which is always good medicine for him. So we will see if he gets an all clear for that! Thanks for your prayers!" Rose M.

Hurricane Iselle Recovery

Praise the Lord that He provided food, water, clothing, propane, cleaning supplies to the Salvation Army in order to help the people of Puna! For two weeks, The Salvation Army in Kona has come down to Hilo to help with giving out supplies! Praise the Lord for all who have helped out in outreaching this community! May God restore this community!
