TSA West Prayer - TSA International

Prayer Focus – December 29, 2025 – January 04, 2026

The Salvation Army International

This week, we invite you to spend some time in prayer for The Salvation Army in your context and around the world. Ask the Lord to guide you as you pray. You may want to use The Salvation Army International website to learn more about expressions of ministry in different areas of the world, to read news stories or discover more about our global focus.

Prayer Requests:

· Spiritual Life: Pray for a deepening of holiness and spiritual renewal across the Army world. Ask for revival in corps, homes, and hearts ... that the Army would be a beacon of light and truth in every community.

· Pray for Salvation Army Leaders around the World. Pray for General Lyndon and Commissioner Bronwyn Buckingham as they lead the international Salvation Army. Pray too for territorial and regional leaders asking for wisdom, strength, and spiritual discernment as they step into 2026.

· Peace: We pray for peace in our world - across every nation. May the love of Christ conquer fear, hatred, and division. We pray that hearts will be softened, leaders to be guided by wisdom, and communities united by compassion. May the transforming power of God bring reconciliation where there is conflict, and hope where there is despair.

· ICL 2026. We pray for the International Conference of Leaders scheduled for March 2026, where Salvation Army leaders from around the world will gather under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Pray for the planning and preparations that are underway. Pray that this will be a sacred time of listening, learning, and discerning God’s will for our movement.

We thank God for everyone around the world who participates in the mission God has given The Salvation Army - to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and meet human needs in his name without discrimination. As we step into a new year, may we all continue to be sensitive to the Spirit’s leading and respond with courage. May we continue to demonstrate God’s love to others, wherever we find ourselves, and through our words and actions, may others come to know Jesus too.
