Morning Lord thank you for the safe arrival of our daughter back home from camp. Lord we are less than two weeks away for our trip to our new appointment. Keep us focused on you and the tasks that need to be done. Lord depression seems to be running around like crazy. Help us defeat it once and for all. Devil I command you in the name of Jesus in whom I believe to take your demon of depression and get out of the lives of my loved ones. You no longer have control over thier lives nor will you leave and seeds of depression in thier lives. They are covered by the blood of Jesus. And are protected by the most high God. Thank you for answering this prayer in Jesus name. Amen!!

Angel M. - Headaches

I am super prone to headaches. I have been all my life, even in childhood. I used to get severe migraines as a young adult, and still get them occasionally, though not often anymore. But since moving to the Valley, I feel like I have a headache all the time! I am an avid water drinker, though I’m sure I could drink more. But I WAKE UP in the morning with a headache. Is this just the heat and dehydration? Will it get better when the temperature is not so crazy hot? Just trying to figure out what I can do besides medicate. 🤯

25 days of radiation are completed! No more radiation mask, though it kind of became soothing. It also makes me look like I’m wearing a toupee. I got to ring the bell, which I have been anticipating since I started. I’m a simple man. Thank you for the prayers! I humbly and graciously ask that you keep me in your prayers. The next test is going back to school in a few weeks. Thank you! 💪🏼❤️

Dave H. - Friend Gil's Health

Today I committed to pray for my friend, Gil. He was diagnosed with ALS this past week. Gil is a great guy, a good friend, a loving husband, and an incredible father and grandfather.

To all my friends who have followed me this past weeks and been so encouraging, I’m asking you turn your attention to Gil and his family. If you believe in prayer, please pray for them. If not, I know he would appreciate you thinking about him. Gil always thinks about others, and finding ways to make their lives better. So perhaps, you and use this opportunity to acknowledge those you love and find ways to “make their day.”

Morning Lord thank you for the safe travels yesterday. Lord I have leaned this morning of a friends mother having a fall and breaking her leg. Lord be with her as the doctors treat her and be with her family as they help mom heal. Lord you alone are the great physician healing those that need healing in ways they do not understand. Raymond - EK. - Procedure/Recovery/ Healing

Prayer Request

I’m having a left arm procedure,  manipulation under anesthesia (MUA), on my left shoulder this morning at 8:30 am. It will require me to miss some work so I can heal completely. Luckily, I have a great wife who will take great care of me. 

You might be wondering… What is “manipulation under anesthesia (MUA)”? It is a noninvasive procedure that uses stretching and manipulation techniques to treat chronic pain while a patient is sedated. Ice will be my best friend. 😇

Morning Lord thank you for our time here in Merced. Lord you are calling us to Casper Wyoming. Not sure as to why at the moment. But I’m sure you have got this all under control. Lord as we prepare ourselves over the next few weeks with packing, cleaning, packing, and more cleaning. Keep us focused on you. You are what matters most to us. Lord I left up my adult children to you and ask that you be with them as well. It’s a new chapter for them. Guide them as to what they need to do. Prepare the hearts and minds of our congregations both old and new. May they understand that you are in control and they need to step up to continue the work until the new offers arrive in Merced and we arrive in Casper. Guide us Lord as we look for the best moving company and rental car. As we carry on in your will. Amen!!
