He was always looking for new people to meet or community and music groups to get involved in. It was sad to see his capacity for that dwindle the last few months, while his determination never faltered.
I am so grateful for the time we had with him, and that he got to spend with the kids. I am especially thankful for Niki, a rockstar as always, taking point on his care."
