"In the early morning hours, The Lord called His servant, Kevin’s older brother Todd, home. In The Salvation Army we say that he has been Promoted to Glory, which is fitting for Todd. We can only imagine what he is experiencing right now...joy, peace, freedom, no longer struggling for every breath, being reunited with his beloved Donna. But most of all, seeing his Savior face to face. Rest well, Todd, we love you so much."
