She is survived by sons, Dionicio “Dio” (Donna) Parong, Jr., Maximo “Maxi” (Lila) Parong and Percival “Nicky” (Melody) Parong of Hilo; daughters, Margianne “Margie” (Ralph, Sr.) Lee and Eleanor “Ellen” Parong-Quicoho of Hilo, Lindalyn “Linda” (Clyde) Mandaguit of Kona, Gloria (Ben, Sr.) Kawakami of Mt. View, Florence “Flo” Parong-Evans of Ainaloa and Paulyn Sweezey-Estioko of Los Angeles, California; sister, Annie Hulama of Hilo; sisters in-law, Lucia Martinez of Philippines and Emmeline “Amy” Foster of Hilo; 36 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
