Syria's Christians – 66% destroyed or displaced. Iraq's Christians – 90% decimated. Nigeria’s Christians could be completely exterminated in a generation.
If we do nothing, more Christians will die. It's our Christian duty – our moral obligation – to defend them

"Difficult time leading worship this morning as I thought of my Mom. She entered a hospice facility last Friday and is not expected to make it through this week. I am assured of her salvation as I led her to the Lord at my ordination over 40 years ago. My flight leaves tomorrow morning for Honolulu. I know my Facebook family and friends will pray for my mainland family as well as my island family. Blessings!"

A bus carrying Coptic Christians to a monastery in northern Egypt was attacked by gunmen. At least seven people have been killed and 14 wounded. An eerily similar attack occurred last year that claimed the lives of 29 believers.
A spokesperson for the church in Minya, Egypt said the death toll was likely to rise. Traveling by bus, the group was headed to St. Samuel the Confessor monastery in Minya when they came under fire. The monastery is located about 160 miles south of Cairo.
