Turnie W. - Today

Father God Lord Jesus good morning. As we travel today to family camp. Be with us and grant us your traveling mercies. Open our hearts and minds as to what you would say to us this weekend. Show us who you are in a most special way. May we get to know our congregants and fellow officers better. And fill our hearts with your love. God you know our desires our wants and needs. We lay them on your altar and ask you to take care of them all. In your mighty name we pray. Amen!!

Karina R. - Travels

Hello church family! Keep me in prayer as I travel real quick to El Salvador to pick up my mom and bring her back home ( finally)
I leave tonight and should be back Monday night if God allows 🙏

David Y. - Health/Upcoming Surgery

Today had many ups and downs.

However, this afternoon, i had to cancel my back surgery that was scheduled for tomorrow morning but we did not receive preauthorization from the insurance company to keep this surgery date.

So we will continue to wait for that approval before we can reschedule the surgery.  In speaking to the dr. This delay could take up to a month to get a new date.

I have come to believe in my life, there is a reason I cannot see for the delay but God has always had my back.  So, I will trust him with this delay.

For those who have already been praying for this surgery thank you.

GS Cadets at Training School

We are delighted to share that our division sent three Cadets to CFOT at the beginning of this month: Cadets Breden and Kiara Armendariz from the Modesto Corps, with their three-year-old daughter, Irene, and Cadet Robert Galbreath from the Hanford Corps. These Cadets are the fruits of our division’s ministry and will represent God’s kingdom in powerful ways. We sincerely appreciate your prayers and care for the FOF group in your corps.

We kindly ask for your continued prayers and support as these Cadets embark on their first year of training at CFOT. Your corps' prayers, along with encouraging cards and care packages, will be invaluable in uplifting them spiritually and emotionally as they navigate this new chapter. Please consider adding them to both your personal prayer list and your Corps’ prayer list.

Turnie W. - Today/Moving to Casper

Morning Lord today we start our journey to our new appointment. As we say our see you laters to our friends and family here in Merced. May they know that we will still be praying for them and caring for them as best we can. May our congregation in Casper know that our love for them will be the same and that yes we are grieving as we do with all moves. But with your love working in all of us we know you are with us. Guide and protect us as we drive and keep us focused on you. In your mighty name. Amen!!

Noelle S. - S. Korea Move

If you don’t already know, I’ll be heading off to Seoul in a couple of weeks to teach! For years, I’ve felt called to work abroad and have been preparing to do so ever since the start of my college career. Despite the unknown, I know God will always be there, trusting that he provides new experiences, friends, and growth. I’d appreciate the prayers, love and support.
