Territorrial Prayer Requests

There is POWER in PRAYER!
"But in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, And the peace of God , which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:6-7
CALL TO PRAYER

December 13, 2007 Please pray for the following prayer needs this week:
1. Pray for the families of the Colorado church members who were victims of yet another shooting. Pray God's comfort for the loved ones of those five who were killed and for the healing of the six wounded. Pray for God's peace over our nation.2. Pray for President Bush and the Congress as they lead our nation and seek to influence the peace process in the world. Pray for God's hand to move powerfully to bring peace in every area of unrest. 3. Pray for those who have been impacted by the recent bad weather this week. Pray for help and relief for those in need4. Pray for our troops who serve with faithfulness and diligence during this holiday season. Ask God to cover them with His powerful protection and care. Pray for their families back home. 5. Pray for General Shaw Clifton, for a complete healing of the cancer and that God will bless him. Pray for Commissioner Helen Clifton, Commissioners Israel and Eva Gaither, Commissioners Philip and Pat Swyers, Lt. Colonels Don and Debi Bell, the THQ Cabinet and staff, and every Divisional Commander and staff. Bless them with health, courage and vision for the future. 6. Pray for our Western Territory officers and laymen serving away from home this Christmas: Majors Rafael & Raewyn Aspeitia, New Zealand, Commissioners Kurt and Alicia Burger, Switzerland, Majors Darvin & Betty Carpenter, Australia, Majors Douglas & Rhode Danielson, Mexico, Captains Francisco & Irma Flores, Guatemala, Major Candice Frizzell, Mexico, Captains Mark & Vicki Gilden Jamaica, Lt. Colonels Terry and Linda Griffin, Georgia, Captains Daniel & Anya Henderson, Estonia, Lt. Colonels Kenneth & Jolene Hodder, Kenya, Colonels Olin & Diane Hogan, Mexico, Majors James & Sallyann Hood, Mexico, Majors Edward & Deborah Horwood, England, Candice Meiborg, Kenya, Patsy Morgan Uganda, Lt. Colonels Zoilo & Magali Pardo, Costa Rica, Major Beryl Pierce, Zambia, Micah Raymond, Uganda, Captains Ian & Isobel Robinson, Singapore, Lt. Colonels Paul & Carol Seiler, Illinois, Lt. Pray that God will protect each officer and their family who serve their people with God's loving care. 7. Pray for children living in troubled parts of the world. Pray for their daily care and protection. May adults around them show love and care. 8. Pray that many needy families and those who are alone will be blessed and given new hope this Christmas season.
9. Pray for the following who need our prayers: Brigadier Ben Nunes who suffered a stroke, for a retired officer requesting prayer for her daughter, Donna and family whose husband has been arrested and will be going to prison this month. Pray for Captain Beau Perez for a full recovery from triple by-pass surgery., Pray for Captain Regina Shull's mother, Valerie Gallegos of Anchorage, for Major Essie Lescano, in hospital for pneumonia, Major Barry Lucas, heart attack with four stents, for Darrell's, wife Brenda Angel, lung problems. Jim Snyder, of Las Vegas, asks for prayer for Lee and Roger Farmer cancer, and the family of George Covarrubias, whose son and daughter-in-law were killed in an auto accident. Pray for Karen, Major Hartt's daughter-in-law with serious health problems, Major Glen Doss, recovering from back surgery, for Glenn & Patsy Lycan, for Jim and Susan Spencer, Captain Vickie Jackson's mother, Ann Jackson, health complications, Major Jeanne Baker's family, for Sue-Ellen's mother, for Cathy Chamberlain's mother, for Majors Hector and Gerde Ramos whose son Danny, is waiting for a transplant, Captain Brenda Smith, Kay Yastake, Frances Janssen, Dottie and David, for Raul and his family, Major Dorothy Sparks, heart problems, retired officers who have not been well, and others. 10. Pray for Jake, three years old, who is having an operation to remove a tumor in his kidney. Pray for 10 year old Lucas, who has an inoperable tumor on his brain stem, for Major Bill Dickinson return of cancer in the lymph nodes in his neck, For Colonel Diane Hogan, chemotherapy, Lt. Colonel April Strickland, complete healing, , Mrs. Captain Sylvia Waldron, skin cancer, Sue Ellen's Mom, lymphoma, David R., lymphoma, for Dick Wiseman, Captain Diane McEaneney, Major Sheila Bradley, Major Dallas Pedersen, Florence, Eddie, Andrea Smith, Robert, Katie, Dina, and others. May God give each one faith, courage and a wonderful healing miracle!
11. Pray for the families of those recently been Promoted to Glory: Major Beryl Pierce's sister-in-law Ella Linde of Bellingham, Colonel Joy Church in the loss of her brother Clive, The Bawden family in the Promotion to Glory of Major George Bawden, Major Ann Patterson's family, Shirley Faulkner Hetherington Martin's family, Major Jeanne Baker's uncle, David, Captain Dawn Smith's family in the passing of her brother in law, Dale Linden, and for others. May their families be comforted by God and know of our love and sympathy.
12. Less than 11 months from today, we will know who has been chosen to lead oour nation for the coming years. We must pray!
