TSA Western Territory Prayer Requests

CALL TO PRAYER!

The Salvation Army Call to Prayer for July 8, 2010

“The Lord is good, a refuge in time of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him.” Nahum 1:7

“Have faith in God,” Jesus answered…”Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:22-24

1.Pray for the campers and staff at our Summer Camps in the West. Thousands of young lives will be exposed to the wonder of God’s creation. Keep them safe and help them to experience new friends, new skills and the wonder of God’s Love.

2.Pray for America, for the President, our leaders, and their families. And pray for the protection of our military men and women and their families. Keep them safe and free from all harm.

3.Pray for The Salvation Army and our Leaders: For General Shaw and Commissioner Helen Clifton, Commissioners Gaither; International Leaders, our new Western Territorial leaders, Commissioners James and Carolyn Knaggs, And continue to pray for Colonels William and Susan Harfoot, THQ Cabinet and Staff, Divisional Leaders, ARC Officers, Corps Officers, Cadets and Employees.

4.Pray for Clarence White, who is back in the hospital. Pray for his healing, and that he will be restored to full health; pray for John B. He was released from the hospital. His heart is too weak for surgery. His high blood pressure and irregular heartbeat will be treated with medication;” “Pray for Don B. who had a cancerous tumor removed” “Pray for total healing for Sherry, for J.M. a 9 year old boy, critically ill, in Alabama, and pray for his family”, “Pray for Chris’s grandmother who is critically ill.” “Pray for Linda recovering from liver tumor, and for Judy who has several tumors and is undergoing radiation treatment”: Pray for Majors Trimmer and family who have flown to Houston TX to be at the side of Diana’s 87 year old father, Donald Morrell; for Joshua’s healing; Jill’s surgery.

5.Pray for those in need of God’s healing touch; Major Doug Riley, chemo treatments; Nancy facing surgery; Paul heart and breathing problems; Gary Cancer; Colleen, breathing problems; Ed, Chemo’ Jane bad foot; Fred, Prostrate cancer, Terri, Cancer; Rick and Barbie, work problems; Priscilla’s mothert; Sherry in war zone; Jimmy a new missionary to Africa;. Captain Stephanie Bridgeo; Jane Brown; John B.;; George Grenfell; Larry and Daniel Halverson; Barbara Johnson of Sedona; Greg Klotz; Mary Kyle; for Dave Marquez; for Sarah, age 8, to have surgery; Gail Stewart, healing surgery; Robert Negron; for Jennifer R and her husband; Majors John & Patricia Rhemick’s daughter, Kathleen Wreath; and for Danny Ramos, complete healing, after heart and kidney transplant surgery.

6.Pray for: Captain Kitty G. recovering from shoulder surgery; for Doris Burkhart, for Emily S.; Majors Bill and Brenda Hathorn, and their daughters; Joanna, health issues; for Lt. Lisa Davey; for Major Jeff Dennis, Shelton’s, daughter, April; Major Antonio Horta; Marie Henderson, in hospital: Captain Gina Halverson; Major Jennifer Bates; for James Shull; for Sheryl Callahan’s mother, Malva Farrell; Major Joe Thompson; Len asks us to pray for Paul; for Kara, birth defects; Stan, for Sherry and Jimmy,

7.Pray for our Officers and laymen serving out of Territory. May they be encouraged and uplifted by our prayers for their safety and ministries. Give them grace and wisdom!

8.Pray for miracles and renewed faith for: Major Diane Trimmer’s father, Donald Morrell, 86, who suffered a stroke and has Alzheimer’s; Marie Desiderio, of Las Vegas; Connie Hagglund-Cross; Chet Potter, father of Captain Kris Potter, for healing and salvation; Chris Nevin, of Scottsdale; for Richard B. for Captain Jack Smith’s, mother; for Neil Barrett and family; Pray for Rose Edel, and Chloe, health issues; for Kelly; for Maritza D. and her son; Captain Vera Villanea health issues; Mike and Lisa Schneider; Barbara Allen, Lorin & Millie Corlis; for Easter Soli; for Ann;; Chaplain Michael Lopez; for Jessica, that she might be able to have children, Matt, broken blood vessels in his stomach, Rob, surgery for a torn ligament. ..

10.Pray for those who are fighting cancer: For William, Age 8; rare and possible incurable cancerfor Joyce S. fighting an “inoperable cancer” with chemo and radiation next week.
