"I am praying for relief.  Would you please pray for and with me.  Have been in a fibro/auto-immune flare for 8 days.  I have had and still have a migraine for 4 days.  I am also on day 4/5 of pain in my arm (which feels like a full arm bruise and severe "headache" in my arm).  I am currently experiencing pain-somnia and despite being extremely tired can't sleep.  I see my doctor this morning and am praying for relief.  After that I see a long nap in my future.  Thank you in advance for the prayers."
