Dear Friends:
A/Captain Ramona Alfonso, grandmother of Captain Magaly L. (Pueblo, Colorado) was promoted to Glory earlier today. She was 94 years old. Maggie will be traveling to Homestead, Florida for the memorial service which is scheduled for Saturday, March 12, 2011.Captain Alfonso served for a number of years in Cuba and influenced several of her children and grandchildren to become Salvation Army officers.(Fr. *May the Lord comfort Magaly and her family during this difficult time. May His peace be upon them and bless them during the memorial service!
