TSA Western Territory Prayer Requests

CALL TO PRAYER!

“Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!” Psalm 66:20

The Salvation Army Call to Prayer line for Sept 17, 2009: Please pray for the following:

1.Call to Prayer for Peace. Conflicts between nations and conflicts within nations still claim lives on a daily basis, destroying stability, disrupting education and creating poverty. The United Nations International Day of Peace is 21 September, so the Salvation Army is called to prayer on this theme from Sunday 20 September.

Many adults and children experience pain and bereavement because of war.
Continue praying for peace throughout the week. We pray for peace in the
world.

2.Pray for our national leaders. Think of reasons to be grateful for our nation and its leaders. Then commit yourself fully to interceding for them with anticipation of what God has planned and will unfold through your prayers. Though your heart may be burdened with the events of the day and the decisions that are made, know that God is in control...and devoted to seeing His will accomplished in America.
