PJ's Two Funeral Services
Praise the Lord that PJ's viewing service and funeral service at the Corps went really well. During the Viewing Service, I spoke about Psalm 23 - God loves us, never leaves us when we go through our darkest time, He sets a table before us in Glory, and His goodness and mercy is always upon us. During the Funeral Service, I spoke on Phil. 1: 23 "Christ in me is to live, to die is to gain." We gain a a better body, home, fellowship, and inheritance! Praise God that He loves us so much that He does all of these for and with us! To Him be the Glory!

Merry Christmas
Seven hundred years before the birth of Jesus, the Prophet Isaiah writes, "For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Is. 9: 6-7

We had a scripted Christmas play, where the people participated, some songs, a short devotional, and lots of food and fellowship. Inmates Christmas Visit
Praise the Lord that our Christmas prison visit tonight went really well. Chaplain Mike, Brett, and I went to four different prisons/correctional facilities in Hilo and gave gifts (holiday socks, magazine, and a candy bar). Everyone was really happy, and appeared really grateful, to receive their gifts. Continue to lift up all of our prisoners. The holidays are especially a hard time for many of them. To God be the Glory!

May God continue to guide each of them with His mighty Spirit! May they continue to be infilled with the Spirit wherever their journey goes! Hilo, you have been blessed!
